- Buyer pays FAST FREIGHT LOGISTICS PTY LTD – The Buyer submits a payment by an approved payment method to our secure account, FAST FREIGHT LOGISTICS PTY LTD verifies the payment, the Seller is notified that funds have been secured ‘In Escrow’.
- FAST FREIGHT LOGISTICS PTY LTD ships merchandise to Buyer – Upon payment verification, FAST FREIGHT LOGISTICS PTY LTD sends the merchandise and submits tracking information.
- Buyer accepts merchandise – The Buyer has a set number of days to inspect the merchandise and the option to accept or reject it. The Buyer accepts the merchandise.

- Buyer rejects merchandise – The Buyer will be refunded in full amount within 24h, shipping back is free of charge.
